Do Catholic people still use rosaries?
I know that rosaries are something that Catholic people use when they pray, but I was wondering if the still use them or if that was just something that they did a while ago. Thanks :D

- They still do.
- Sure, why not?
- Yes, Catholics use rosaries today. My parents, strict Catholics use rosaries as a way of praying and showing devotion to God. It is a common practice still.
- Outside of the liturgy, reciting the rosary remains probably the most common Catholic devotional practice. IC XC
- Yes, we do. In fact, I am going to be praying the Rosary here in just a few minutes for the victims of the Chilean earthquake. I love the comfort and peace that praying the Rosary and meditating on its Mysteries gives me. I recommend it as a regular devotion for anyone -- Catholic and Protestant alike.
- They can, but not all do. Ive had Catholic friends that do. Muslims also have something like a rosary: a string with 33 or 99 beads that they use for prayers to, and I know several Muslims who always have one with them. Peace! ^.^
- Well yes, (rosary beads btw) but usually only during a rosary. And they are still used today, my mother and family friends do rosary in times of need: like if a loved one is sick or deceased.
